Lost is Ventrue Tower

Ok, I've been a good little Nos, and only read the walkthroughs when I've been completely stuck. However, 'LaCroix Must Die" has me totally baffled. In the walk through it says, "Send the elevator up and watch as it detonates at the top, killing all the guards eagerly waiting for you. Next, make your way to the now vacant floor and take the next elevator up to the seventh floor".

Ok so how do you get to that "now vacant floor"? I've looked ever where. Tried every elevator and even tried to work my way back the cafeteria balcony. I am hoping that one of you veteran vampires will help this first timer out.

If you sent the charge up on the freight elevator and blew everybody up like a good little saboteur, then you go up to the next floor by calling back the same elevator you used to send up the explosives, and going up the same way. There is a call button in the now-vacant shaft.

Didn't see a elevator button, so I just went invisible and didn't set off charge, and rode elevator up.
