I know you should be able to get Saverok to change his alignment, which should happen after a few conversations according to someone. But what are the triggers for these convos? The very first time I talked to Saverok I ended up not requiring a geas of him (#2 I think), is that first convo a trigger? I got up to the final challenge (before closing pocket plane) and still no convos with him, so I assume I missed something. ..
Saverok's alignment [spoil request]
The same thing happened to me. I believe that you have to accept him into your group immediately in addition to not requiring a geas. He will express his surprise, and will say something along the lines of how he would have required a geas from you.
So, after he requests to join your party, let him in. Don't tell him that you'll think about it.

Like most in-party dialog sequences, the conversations with Sarevok pop up at completely random times. You could try letting your crew sit idle for a few game-time hours, hoping they'll eventually get bored enough to have a little chat.
Alternatively, try pressing Ctr-I, which will initiate a random party dialog. You need to activate the debug mode first, though, and sometimes this key combitation will display weird strings of characters instead of initiating a conversation. So, as with all "cheats", use it with some caution.
BTW, contrary to what some say, Sarevok can change alignment whether you make him swear and oath or not. It's what you say to him during his conversations with you that matters. Don't brush him off or tell him you don't give a damn what happens to him, try picking "Good" answers instead and convince him that he is the master of his own destiny.
