The website says it is a self-installer. Have you tried that?
There may also be more details in a readme file. It also says that the 'bsa reg' is included so you shouldn't need to find it elsewhere.

What does bsa reg mean? I've seen it before and it looks complicated, more things to screw up in the end??

What I've generally done before installing mods I'm not sure of is:
back up both my save game and my entire data files folder.
That way I can easily revert back to my game if something goes wrong.

Now if only I had been more on the ball about backing up my mod collection onto disc :rolleyes:
