i am stuck! i have managed to get past the respawning sand people at the entrance and killed every sand person inside the area i got in but i cant get passed the turrets.... evrytime i try and walk past it sais my whole party has been whiped out! how am i menna get passed?
To get past the turrets, you need to disguise yourself as sandpeople. The desert just outside the gates of town have piles of trash scattered about. You should be ambushed by a group of three sandpeople whenever you approach one of these piles. Upon killing these sandpeople, you should find sandpeople robes you can use to disguise yourself.
A few caveats / warnings / pieces of advice:
1) You do not need to disguise droids in order to take them with you.
2) You cannot disguise the Wookiee, as he is too big.
3) There is a bug (may have been fixed in a patch) that totally wrecks your game if you try to insta-travel back to town while wearing the disguise. To be on the safe side, only put the disguise on WHEN YOU NEED IT, like right before the mined path to sandpeople territory and the zone thereafter.

And if you still find you have questions, you can put them in the relevant question--cutting down on the number of threads another person has to use when they're searching for the same thing, at some point in the future.
