LE BB gun

I'm at the beginning of F2 and I need to know if it's possible to aquire that fine gun within a couple of minutes from the beginning of the game without going through too much trouble.

I imagine if you got the Scout or other the outdoorsman perk immediately at level 3 (if it's available) and had 10 luck it'd make things easier.

What you can try and do is save before running around in the wastelands and save every time you stop, as soon as you hit a special encounter, see if it's the one you want; if not load and run over to the same location and sometimes it rerolls the encounter.

Still there's probably a better chance of you getting the Solar Scorcher than the Used Car Salesman.

edit: 2 hours of loading and reloading didn't get me anywhere

As far as i know there are two places where you can get the LE BB gun...

S.A.D. bottom level pvt. "Dobbs?"
N.C.R. bazzar the guns merchant

You allways get it in S.A.D., the guns merchant might have it and it costs about 15k.
