Viera (targos ghost) questions

I was just wondering when Viera said, after I told her of her late husband, that she will see you somewhere far away, was she speaking the truth? On my first playthough I never did this quest, so i wouldnt know.

I think she is referring to the afterlife, as i don't remember her popping up at any point later in the game.
