Being Maxed Stats bug HELP

I spent Countless Hours Lvling up in Skuldoon . In the Arena ; After i got stats all skills 10 or so and my stats at 100 ... I went on to continue my Questing.. Sadly now when i hit creatures I miss miss miss miss miss miss. then hit . Is there something i can edit to fix this ? to make me slightly hit more .. I mean my strike is at 120 and my damage is at 100 ... how could i possibly miss all the time . (before i did the lvling thing in arena i was hitting more than this )

I await someones comment , advice , help

grrrr... still no solution to this problem for me . On the plus side i dont get hit either , well not hardly . I hit too but , christ, i go into Fargrove and rats attack me right , Im swinging like mad , before it was one hit kill for these lvl 1 rats , but now its 5 hits to get each one . and i im lucky 1 hit

If ya need more information from me to help me . I will be here all day let me know pls thanks
