BG1/TotSC package set vs. separate

I'm thinking of going back to play BG1 and I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is any reason to buy BG1 and TotSC seperately instead of in the package set. The package set has fewer CD's- did they leave anything out? I believe I read somewhere that the package set is missing some of the soundtrack.

I bought a combination set and have no problems.
