What is the Red Eclipse, and how do you find GOTO?

The Red Eclipse is just a gang of smugglers. They ambush your ship while you're on Nar Shaddaa. As for GOTO, you don't find him. He finds you. You have to get the Exchange's attention before he gets to you.
