Spoiler:Basically, the cut scene shows your massive fleet of starships in space, and then it shows you standing in front of a colossal amount of sith troops and officers. Bastila Shan bows, and says something to the extent of, "Hail Revan" and the sith troops and officers follow in chant
Peace is a lie; there is only passion
Through passion; I gain strength
Through strength; I gain power
Through power; I gain victory
Through victory, my chains are broken
The force shall free me...

Spoiler, obviously:
You'll decide to join up with Bastila on top of the Temple and Jolee and Juhani will be naturally a bit distressed by your sudden change of sides (though if you were ds the whole game, they shouldn't be surprised). You'll fight and kill them, then you and Bastila will head down to the Ebon Hawk where you meet up with the surviving members of you group. Eventually they will realize that you've turned and you'll have the option of either killing Mission yourself or getting Zaabar to do it for you (which is both sad and funny at the same time). Carth runs off saying something about getting you later. Canderous, the droids, and possibly Zaalbar (if you used force persuade on him) will go with you to the Star Forge. There will be a little cut scene where Bastila is talking to Master Vandar and feeding him a pack of lies about having escaped and being on her way to destroy the Star Forge, while in the background your character is sitting in the shadows looking evil and rather cool.
If you keep Zaalbar in your party he will eventually come out of the Force Persuade and you'll have to kill him. The rest of the Star Forge goes about like it did before, but you will fight three fairly powerful dark jedi instead of Bastila (but you also get to keep your party with you). Then you kill Malak while Bastila is using her Battle Meditation to destroy the Republic fleet. There's a cut scene in which Vandar realizes what's happening and asks the Admiral to pull the fleet back. She says no, and then when she decides that maybe fighting wasn't the best idea, it's already too late and their ship is destroyed.
Then there's a scene where Bastila is praising you to the troops while your infinite armada is rolling out from the Star Forge and the credits start to roll...
It's a pretty good ending though I always found it to be a bit unsatisfying (but then I kind of hate being evil while I'm playing).
