SPOILERS for HotU, first major battle
I just had to share this with people. I always have to remember to do the missions in a certain order, i.e. the islands first, then come back to the Seers camp, get my weapon upgraded and then go off to do Drearing's Deep etc. without coming back. I have made the mistake of coming back in between the last three mssions and have been dragged into the battle before I've finished. Anyway, I thought I'd be really cunning this time, and place a Binding in the Seer's temple, so I could get back and tell her what's going on, and not trigger off the last part. I did all three 'towns', and rescued the femae thrall, the one that thinks you've bought her. I really wanted to see the end of that quest, so I teleported back, and looked for her in the temple. No sign of her. "No matter", I think, and go outside to look for her. As I'm wandering about, I suddenly become aware of Sargeant Whathisface form the gates - blow me if he hasn't followed me in order to tell me that the Seer wants me (so we can start the battle). My weapon makes me permentantly hastnened, so I run away. We have this bizarre chase all around town whilst I'm scanning the individuals in order to find this bloomin' Thrall. I had to give up after a while, and he caught me and we went on to the battle. So there we go. There's no getting away from doing your duty

Yeah, there's some little problem there. I decided to try and rescue the prisoners instead of (spoilers for SOTU) :
giving the mirror to the Over mind. I killed all the guards, opened the door to the cell and there was one bad person in there. I went to attack him and all of a sudden all the other prisoners attacked me as well! So I ended up killing everyone and getting an alignment shift!
They're obviously a bit touchy around in that town!

Given the fact that they are supposed to become mindless slaves.... I agree with you...What is irritating down there is that they usualy attack me. But I want that HUGE exp reward for freeing them
