Can someone wright what gear i should use on a necromancer that uses blunt weapon and unarmored. Like what the best robes and rings are etc etc. And also what the best spells is for a necromancer. That would be really nice

Having a bit of trouble deciding on a character type?
I suppose for a necromancer any spells that do things like "absorb health/fatigue/magicka," would make sense, especially if you were able to create a spell that combined those effects. Also, quite obviously, you'd want to select Conjuration so you could summon various undead minions.
Poison and paralyze spells might be a thought as well.
If you are on PC, there are various types of necromancer robes and other goodies you can acquire via plug-ins. If you are on X-box, personally I'd go for black shirt and pants, covered up by either a plain, brown hooded robe, or one of those bluish robes that look as though a giant black spider is hugging the wearer. (I think the guild guide in either the Ald Ruhn or Vivec mage's guild is wearing one, if you want to see the type I mean).

It's the guild guide in Vivec.
For realism, carry with you Corpse Preparation, Legion of the Dead, Arkay the Enemy, and N'Kvasta Kvais (don't tell me you can spell it).
Conjuration pairs up nicely with alteration, because alteration allows you to levitate and let your undead minion batter away at the enemy.

The evil nature of GameBanshee revealed below!
GameBanshee sells Xandax to make ends meet
Then, as if that was not enough, they decide to get rid of me via sweepstakes as well
is it good to have speechcraft with a necromancer?
It's good to have high speechcraft no matter what kind of character you are playing. NPCs will provide you with better information when you have a high Personality, and if you are skilled in Speechcraft you'll be able to effectively use Persuade.

A dissenting view, for what that's worth: I run a mage with no real skill in speechcraft. If you need it, you can always pay a teacher to learn it, later. I'd concentrate on the spell schools, alchemy, a form of armor and a melee weapon (in your case, blunt).
Get the amulet by kililng Trebonious, when you feel ready to take him on. It's a good piece of jewelry that will complement your character's chosen path.

To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Taking Restoration and Illusion would more than make up for low speechcraft. Fortify personality and charm spells deal with persuasion, frenzy spells replace taunt.
Ýou could also use the Necromancer's Amulet. It comes with a lot of handy constant effects you might like. Only catch is that you have to have the Bloodmoon expansion to get it.
Trebonius has it in ordinary morrowind.
If you have bloodmoon, however, there is a robe (the robe of woe) carried by some necromancer in an ice cave. Spoiler:Speak to a man in the Skaal village to find out about his son. His son is hiding in ice caves, accessible through the well. He has the robe. It doubles/triples your magicka, but gives 20 pts sun damage - limiting your activities to nocturnal prowlings. It damages personality - not a necromancer thing (this backs fable up)- and adds to conjuration while detracting from another magical skill. It makes you weak to normal weapons.
Marara's ring is a favourite item of mine - reflect 20% CE.
Skills-wise - conjuration, blunt weapon, other magical skills at your discretion (I'm thinking destruction, illusion, restoration and illusion). Becoming a vampire would add to the whole idea of being despised by the public.
