If your PC is dual classed do you get to do the quests for both classes (ie fighter stronghold and mage stronghold)? What about multiclassed characters?

Yes and yes. I've played with both types. Have a F/M/T that got D'Anise, the Planer Sphere and MaeVar's digs.... Am playing a F/T dueled and got D'Arnise and MaeVar's.
