First I would like to say. Rock on, playin it on Xbox! But anyway I don't know if this will work or not but, If inside Dwenmer ruins you chance upon a Dwarven Axe try enchanting it because they are really good at attack and look real cool. So try it and get back to me. Now where to find well.....................you'll just have to look in large dwenmer ruins marked on the map that comes with the game.GOTY ON XBOX RULES OVER ALL! plus it is really fun.
"Ask questions, talk is cheap, you won't know unless you ask!" -Advice from a local Dwenmer
"Say what you want or leave me alone!" -Getting totally dissed by a local Dwemer
"You S'wit!" -What the Dwenmer said after I whacked him in the mouth

Daedric battle axe eh? i will have to try and find 1...i found a Dwemer battle axe and yeah it does look pretty cool.

Your best bet is to explore Daedric ruins and fight any Daedric Lords/Dremora you come across. One of them might eventually drop a Daedric Battle Axe. Or, if you are really patient and don't mind the tedium of reloading, make sure you save just before you loot the alter of a Daedric Shrine. A Daedric Lord will automatically appear, and, because they randomly carry different weapons, you can keep on going back to your save until you get one carrying the coveted item
And btw, mods vastly improve the game, you just have no idea what you are missing

Haha, yeah i have been looking at some of the Mods, and they do look pretty damn cool i'd have to say. So a Deadric battle Axe is my best bet..k i will try and find 1, oh yeah while i am on here, i have another question...i killed that
"Crazy Batau" dude in the Maren Ancestral Tomb, and it said 'By killing this character, you have broken the....blah blah blah'......what do you need hoim for, is there any important quests, or any quests at all you need him for? I see he has a nice helm on him to.

Somebody else will need to verify, but I'm pretty sure that this was an unfinished story line, and Besthesda neglected to remove the old "the world is doomed," message. I think it is safe to assume you have not broken the game, but just to be sure, I suggest using the search function here at Game Banshee and typing in:
