Custard Mansion

anyone know where Custard Mansion is? I myself haven;t found it. It says it part of the human lands, i haven;t ran into it yet and i have been searching for awhile. Any suggestions where to look or any directions?

Its in Fargrove, slum district. Go to jail and help a thief out, by paying his fee. He gives u tha password, go to Mr Gibbs house in center town and tell him pw, he opens a door behind u, thes a way to slums. Go to balcony, theres a guild of mystery, girlie here gives u a qust for a map. Custard is just down the road.
