Dual weild heavy weapons?

Aren't there any decent heavy weapons that allow you to equip a secondary weapon in your other hand? If so, which heavy weapons have people been able to use? It works with a basic barbtongue but not with the runeblade version. I hope there are some better heavy weapons out there that allow dual wielding.
