Well, your question is kind of vague. You shouldn't get this dialogue until after you've found the horror film for Isaac and he identifies the location of the film in a residence on "King's Way." Once you've done this, that "Have you gone to King's Way yet?" is the default trigger Isaac will revert to. If you need further help, I'd encourage you to look at the Gamebanshee Walkthrough.
Aslo, on a related note, make sure you have the official patch downloaded (link is at the top of this forum); I believe it fixes Isaac remaining on that particular dialogue. Previously, it was the last dialogue Isaac would give.
