Not new to the forums, but I have forgotten my password for original log-in, and have long since changed email. anyways :-
I've read lots of the posts on this forum about the correct way to 'rebirth' a character (in order to change their race/class etc), and have learned how to use shadowkeeper to set their level to 0, their xp to 1 etc... and then use console to advance through to the desired level. All this was very useful and appreciated, however one problem remains.
How do you set them with the 'correct' value for base AC? I dont think this was covered in the numerous threads I read, and I have noticed that AC is one of the variables which is not processed automatically when using the 'level 0' method.
Thanks if you can help.
slightly technical question

Really?
I thought it was. After you start the game your dex modifies your ac, just as your hp's are low in sk and when you load that saved game your constitution modifies it correctly.

As I recall, if you set the AC to different values with SK, at the time of setting level=0 hp=1 etc, then this AC value is reflected in-game regardless of DEX.
Hence I dont know how to set it, as I dont want to 'cheat' any more than I am already by remaking Nalia. Nor do I want her AC to be worse than it 'should be'.

check her ac in the game before editing, then set to zero, and check her again in the game. i believe her ac as a thief mage will be determined by her dex, and having experimented with kensai and sorcerors, i know that a line in the "affects" tab determines ac bonuses given by a kit or class.
