IM stuck in the trial of the ancients elder I kill the elven mage uptairs but the door cannot open there are thrre circle there plllss help tell me what to do ...thaannkksss

Thats true, however . . .

If you happened to enter the room and save a game while fighting in the room there is a bug in the game.

I hate to say this but it seems that has happened to you.

The best approach to avoid this problem is to save a game before entering the room, and take it from there.
