Hands

Post by Nirvana24 »

Another quick question.. what do you equip in the hand slots? I'm nearing the end of the game now, as I just returned to Sigil, and not once through the entire game have I had anything in the Hand slots.

Lim-Lim is the name of the purchase-able pet.

And what does this do for you, I wonder? Use the Lim-Lim as a shield for a lower AC, perhaps?

"Piyo!"
Why is it that whenever I finally get around to playing a new game for the first time,
I feel like playing Baldur's Gate for the second time...

I think there was some kind of reference somewhere that the Lim-Lim could be trained and helps you somehow.

I only remember that it could be turned into a statue and sold :D

Hey, a trainer for your pet Lim-Lim sounds good..although I've never came across any reference... :(

...other than being sold, I think you can also use the 'petrified' Lim-Lim to gain entry to the foundry...

I don't think there's a person out there, it may just help to defend you when you're being attacked. Something like the Lim-Lim summoned in the Alley would be great :D

I think they originally intended gloves to be worn on the hands but they took that out before the game was released.
