I am workin on finishing the quest where i have a piece of cloth i got from a guy in the grave yard area, now when i try to find the culprit in the docks area, i can't find them. I though they would maybe be around in the streets but i don't see them, there is a building in the north west corner of the map but it says the door is barred, anyone help me?
try going to the south/southwest corner of the bridge area. the lad in red is standing between two buildings, toward the rear. you have to go between the buildings to actually see him.
he didn't show up for me until I talked to the gravekeeper. after that, the guy in red showed up between the two houses in the SE corner of the screen in the Bridge district.
