Augmentations

Post by Maxiemonster »

I'm not really experienced with them, since I usually don't need any, since The Katana Hiryu is all I need on my first character :D I started a new guy today, and I wondered if they work the way I hope they work. Do Augmentations still work when the item is on your back? For example, if you are using your ranged weapon, do the Health/Mana Augmentations on your melee weapon still work? And do the Augmentations stack? For example, can you put 2 or 3 of the same Augmentations on one item?

Thanks for the help :)

Augmentations do not work on non-equiped weapons to the best of my knowledge. The only augmentations that will be active are the ones that are in the current weapon you are using. Augmentatoins do 'stack' however, so if you place lets say 3xmana augmentations in a bow, then you'll recover mana x3 compaired to x1 augmentation.

If you have, lets say, the Sword of Aeons or the Tear of Avo on your back, you do recover health/mana. I'm pretty sure it works with Longbows, since those stay on your back, but I'm not too sure about Crossbows. Crossbows are concealed when you switch weapons.
