HELP! I'm trapped (spoiler)

After I've killed Revan in the secret tomb, I'm supposed to take the eastern door for a shortcut back to Shyrack Cave. Problem is that the door is locked. I've explored every inch of the tomb, and still can't figure out how to exit the tomb. Both the eastern door and the door I came in, are locked! How do I get out? I'm trapped inside this damned tomb! Only thing I can do is to reload the game with a save from before I entered the tomb... Has this happened to anyone else? Is there some sort of secret thing I have to do before I can exit, or is there a possibility that my game might have a smal bug?
