Blue Mushroom In Pool

The character told me he lost the Blue Mushroom in the pool by the speaking door while standing on the rocks. I go there and stand by the ripples, but I do not get the fishing interact icon. Any ideas? I already got the mushoom from the laughing women.

Do you have a fishing rod? (Press insert when standing in front of the ripples)

You can try manually fishing too, just select the fishing rod as you would produce or a potion from your "other" items catagory then select "use".

There was a bit of a bug in the game. During the Trader Escort I lost the flame on my weapon and when I was supposed to use the shovel it would not show either. I shut down and restarted and everything was working again.
