stuck behind gate in temple

Help!
I'm in the draedoth temple (main floor). I opened a gate with a lever. This gate is on the left side of the main hall at the end of a corridor. Just b4 going through I used the lever to close it behind me 'cause I was being chased by monsters. I kept them away from me but now I'm on the wrong side of the gate and can't reach the lever!!!!!
I tried letting spawning enemies kill me near the gate and hitting R but always ressurrect on my side (wrong side).
HELP HELP HELP

There are only 2 things you can do. Revert to an earlier save when you were on the right side of the door or change you're position using an editor. D

Appreciate the speedy reply. Was thinking that I'm gonna need to go back to a previous save. Guess now that I know about how to get the moonstones it ain't soooo bad. My game runs really good so I'll shy away from the editor idea. Thanx again bud...
