Whats your favorite battle that you fought? Was ity because It was challenging, or because the person deserved it, or was it just because you wanted to?
My favorite battle was with Bodhi in chapter 6. It was fairly tough battle, with her level draining 4 at a time, but when I came out victorious with the paladins, thieves, and drizzt on my team it made me feel good, after all, bodhi turns your girlfriend into a vampire!
I did that for vengeance, and because shes just plain freaky

I voted "Twisted Rune."
*It is fun, fast-paced and challenging.
*you can use a wide range of strategies to beat it.
*the atmosphere in that space is very cool.

.......All those moments ... will be lost ... in time ... like tears in rain.
Firkraag for me, and for the first time I played it. I had no idea that he was a dragon, and it was all unknown. Then out of nowhere I start a fight with him and because I don't like overpreparing for battles, I was prepared to try and win. A heap of spells and running around healing and potions, I had two characters standing, and one dead dragon.
In memorian: Fiona; Ravager; Lestat; Phreddie; and all of those from the 1500 incident. Lest we forget.
It was quite strange, when she kidnapped my romanced char...i really really wanted to destroy her.And i did, easly,i hope i made her suffer! It was the first time when i actualy didn`t care about the treasure,Drizzt,or any other companion in the game...
Usualy don`t want to take revenge on things...but this might have been it.
Funnily enough one of my favourite battles is the fight with the slavers in the Slums district inside their headquarters. The reason for this is because it's a fairly early mission and it's very hard to win due to being low level.
The fact that I'm willing to try and fight without resting often results in a reload since I've already used many of my spells fighting to get to them in the first place. Additionally while in the actual fight there's a handfull of more slavers that enter the room in the midst of the fight and that keeps it more interesting.
Afterall there's only so many Magic Missiles and Slow spells a person has.

Yay! I was the first person to vote for Irenicus...
Specifically the penultimate battle against him in SoA. That is one of the more challenging battles even if technically you can only lose if the protaganist dies.
My only reason for living is killing the harpers who malign me.They lie, they subvert , they twist reality to suit their meglomaniacal goals. They try to turn my close battle buddies against me .If I could I would build my stronghold from the bodies of their dead! My only regret is that it stops with the death of Vermin. I wish they would send me sparring dummies for the entire game--I never grow tired of retiring the endless waves of wanne-be freemasons.
Jaheira's mouth is an open wound in her head...........I would plug it had i the power!
The fight in the unmarked building in the east part of the Temple District. The one where you get the Celestial Fury. On my first run through the game I must've reloaded eight times, mainly because I was low-level and didn't know too much about which spells to use against who, etc.
Of course, when I finally - and barely - managed to beat them, I got nailed by one of the traps.
She says: Lou, it's the Beginning of a Great Adventure
Draconis. Every sinlge adventure starts off slowly and then builds up. But not the adventure to kill Abzigal. With Draconis as a starter, I was very scared about Abazigal's capabilities. And since I have now installed Gaider's improved Abazigal, I can say: rightly so. That fight is 10 times harder than Draconis.
yeah, but i thought draconis is the #3 pain in the ass with mellisan being #2.
but being the ultimate dragon slayer with more weapons and less spells that I am, all dragons besides draconis fall within a minuite, just like abazigal did.

I picked Twisted Rune. A very diverse and menacing group of evil dudes all want to cut you to shreds. It's a fun and challenging fight that rewards you with arguably the best item in the entire game. I like the fact that you can stumble into it accidentally and the first time you enter the fight you're like... "Wait, what?"
