If you didn't search the remains of the first HK on Peragus (for the Vocabulator) you are sunk. If you don't search the remains of the last group of HKs on Nar Shaddaa (for the Chassis) you are sunk.

But the part you find on the group of HKs on Telos can also be bought/looted from the droid vendor Akherre on Dantooine and this should be the part you need.

The fourth part can be bought/looted from vendors on Nar Shaddaa or Onderron.

The fifth part (which isn't required to complete HK, but is good for a chuckle) can be bought from the Rodian vendor on Nar Shaddaa after you have stabilised Dantooine and Onderron.

Hope that helps.

"We were hoping we could bring the Xbox platform into December but didn't want to make the formal announcement until we knew an earlier ship date would not compromise the quality of The Sith Lords," says Producer Mike Gallo.

Well, you could always be a cheater and use a console command for the right part (just go to http://www.cheatplanet.com, they have all the console ID's) the only downsides of this, are that constant smudge on your playing record and that fact that from then on, your load screen has a big, honkin', yellow "CHEAT USED" right down the middle.
Get up, stand up. Come on, throw your hands up.
