Problem with Edwin's quests: Marcus is missing

Hello everyone--

I'm currently trying to complete the quests that Edwin gives you and have slight problems with the second task. I need to retrieve some documents from someone called Marcus in the Sea Bounty. The problem is, Marcus is not there. Any idea?

I have The Darkest Day 1.03A installed, the Solaufein mod and the Baldurdash fixes.

There are two floors of the Sea's bounty. He at the bottom floor at the corner of the bar. He is fat.

Nope, no Marcus on either floor. The only fat guy that's lurking around is the bartender. Any more ideas?
