However, I do not actually own this game, so this may not be what you are looking for, as I do not know if they are the same subject. Looks right to me, though.
If that is not what you are looking for, I found [url="http://www.rpgplanet.com/arcanum/gamefaq.shtml#technology"]this[/url] site. Perhaps it could be of help...? Or, you could do what the rest of us do and use the excellent [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/arcanum/walkthrough.php"]walkthough[/url] provided by Gamebanshee. The subpage has pretty much anything you need.
