Naga Temple - Help Character is Frozen

I am in front of the prison door where I can get the Golden Key to free Valdane - However my character Human Fighter level 11 is frozen - will not move at all - Is this a bug or Am I missing something in order to get into this prison? Thanks.

Your post is a little confusing.
Two different scenarios:
(1) If your character won't move at all, can't get him to function with the mouse & keyboard, and the game is frozen, then you've hit a bug. That being the case your best bet will be to reload from a previous save.
(2) If your character can't advance through the door and you think you're missing a key, but you can still explore the dungeon then I recommend reading the walkthrough for the Naga Temple to figure out where you need to go next. I can't recall using any specific key to enter the Naga Temple prison room. The key to open Valdane's cell is in the prison area on a pedestal. There isn't anything to open to gain access to the key.
Try to describe specifcally where you are at and what your character is doing.

Thanks I guess I've hit a bug my character does not move whichever way keyboard or mouse - so will have to re-load previous game. Thanks again!

I had this problem earlier and hit the "r" key to revive the character and every thing worked ok. If you die sometimes the character appears to be ok but will not move try reviving and see if that works
