***SPOILER***Just to be sure ... after uninstall and new install

Post by Dyre Straits »

When I first started Morrowind...a few years ago...I had only the single CD with the TES Construction Set.

Recently, as I was nearing the end of Morrowind, I picked up the game that includes Tribunal and Bloodmoon. I was able to complete Morrowind a few nights ago using the new CD that came with the recent purchase.

However, I discovered that I had to uninstall my original Morrowind game and then install everything new from the recent package. When I uninstalled, I chose NOT to uninstall my saved games. So, once I got the 'new' Morrowind installed -- along with Tribunal and Bloodmoon -- I started up the game and then LOADED my saved game after destroying Dagoth Ur.

By doing so, the game began to 'parse' my quests which took several minutes to complete. And it prompted me to Resave my game after completing that function.

My question is now this: I've been able to continue the game at my previous Level 30, with all my inventory, and, I've begun getting attacked by Dark Brotherhood Assassins after resting. So, does this mean that I've successfully upgraded my game and am now in Tribunal?

I'm leaving Dagoth Ur territory and heading back now to Ghostgate. I've already encountered about 5 assassins along the way and, if everything is correct, I guess I'm good to continue, right?

Thanks. I kind of figured it was as I hadn't had any Dark Brotherhood attacks in the original game all the way back past Ghostgate.

I'm not looking for any spoilers, but, since I'm completely new to Tribunal -- and haven't read much of anything about it yet -- is there anyone in particular I should seek out to talk to in order to find out why I'm here? (Just a little nudge in the right direction would be appreciated.)

Thanks

Talk to a guard- any should do (especially Imperial Legionnaires). They'll start you off to Mournhold (Tribunal areas).
