i think its a glich but close to my telvanni stronghold i fall througn the ground. i mean i can levitate to the caves in this area but i was just wandering y this happend? :)

It just does.

I once had it where I fell through the floor in the mages guild in Balmora, and i fell through the ceiling above the floor and kept falling and sustaining damage.

If you ever have an NPC disappear, then they most likely fell through the floor.

Happens to me ALL the time. :(

Some more common spots are the "stairs" in the Balmora Mages Guild and pretty much whenever I'm going up or down a hill. :o
