Unsolved problem

I posted this in other forums..not had solution yet.

The problem is getting into the Harper place in the docks for the second time..
I been in once to do the Montaron quest. Jaheira left my party, came back the next day. I have been attacked by the bandits (where they take Jaheira hostage...) and i have done the poisened man bit. Jaheira now says that i need to urgently go to the Harper Stronghold again, but i cant get in. The door is locked and is unpickable (or bashable). There is no-one standing by it to talk to either.
Is there something i need to trigger to get in. Cant think of any other way of getting in.

Help? PLease.....

Try talking to Xzar. He is standing east of the Harper Stronghold,near the stairs.

yeh i done that to, when i completed the montaron bit..
Just cant think what it could be...(and i wanna continue the Jaheira romance aswell)
