Where to get tattooed?

A dumb question....

I just got the game and want to know where to get tattooed?

The best way to get tatooed is to check the travelling merchants on the roads between Lookout Point and Oakvale. I seem to remember that late in the game you can can tatooed in one of the towns, but I'm not sure about that anyway, and if it's true, it's really far into the game.

So, just open a dialogue with any "green" merchant you come across.

Thanks sir. I know that the "green" merchants on the roads sell tattoos but i didn't noticed if they were tattooers.
