chapter 7 & Terminsel; spoilers

For some reason it took a really long time to finish my Jaheira romance. Now, it's about finished except that Terminsel hasn't shown up yet for the last time. I went up to Suldanessar, figuring he'd appear eventually. That put me in chapter 7 and I read - too late, and I have no prior saves - that Terminsel doesn't show up in chapter 7, period.
I tried to CLUA him in but even that didn't work. I'm not overly interested in the Harper Pin, but I would like to finish the romance correctly and continue it in ToB.
Is that still possible? Will Terminsel just show up in ToB? Or is there another way to get him to appear? I'm not above cheating in cases like this

Perhaps Clua the chapter back to 6, then Clua him in? Then just move the chapter forward again...

Just a thought...

Also, resting outside/"pause" timer trick... The usual stuff that you've probably already tried...

Can you CLUA to another chapter?! I've done a Google on it but I can't find the command.
