Hi all, I've tried a search on this and checked out other all the Heather threads I could find- to no avail. If I missed something please point me in the right direction.
Has anyone ever gotten clothes from Heather? How did you do it? When in the game does it happen? I've played the game numerous times and haven't gotten it yet =(
I've heard it would happen if you were very nice, and that it would be the best outfit of the game, free of charge. I've been very nice (mostly) and visit often...
I'm thinking that I maybe shouldn't have taken her college money, but it was 500 bucks and I was totally broke
Or possibly that it won't happen until Chinatown- when the *best* outfit is first offered. Any ideas?

Anytime, just glad it was in there. I couldn't remember if they put in the details of how to get it or if they just said: "Heather has nifty stuff, good luck with that".
