Can i become a deathlord?

HI.
first,
sorry about my english.
i can't english well.

my starting class is a fighter
and i have upgraded my class to marauder.
(my second class is a rouge)

my question is the deathlord requirements.
to become a deathlord needs some conditions.
look at this.
the deathlord needs heavy armor skill 10.
but marauder can't learn or use the heavy armor.
(my second class can't too)
what is this.
can i become a deathlord?

And
what is the learning bonus which is explained this site.
it says marauder gains bonus heavy armor (even fighter gains too).

If you are still playing with patch 1.3 then the requirements aren't implemented. So, you can be deathlord as long as don't already have a 3rd tier class. The German patch 1.4 is out and may implement the requirements. If that is the case then I don't know if you can become a deathlord but I guess not.
The walkthrough is wrong about Marauder getting heavy armor, it doesn't. D
