Problems with the quest "Kikinapped"

Hello there.

I have a problem with this quest that drives me nuts. I think it's a bug, since I've tried everything.

I'am trying to enter this building, but every door is locked. The main entrance door is locked and the backdoor is locked. How am I supposed to get in?

If it is a bug, please tel me how to solve this.
I'm playing a brujah, and have installed the unofficial 1.9 patch.

First question, which building? The Red Dragon? If the front door is locked, you may not have talked to Ming yet and had her tell you about Wong Ho. The Lotus Blossom? Maybe you haven't talked to Wong Ho yet and had him tell you where she is. Others? Some other buildings you can't get into.

Problem solved. It was the unofficial 1.9 patch that caused this problem. I installed the 1.8 version, and everything worked fine.
