Solstheim

Post by Soozie »

Is it okay to visit Solstheim before completing the Main Morrowind Quests? I'm at level 50 or 51. Haven't joined any House yet. Did join all of the Faction Guilds with the exception of the Vampires, and completed those quests.

I'd just like to get over to Solstheim.

Thanks,

:)

Yep, perfectly fine, I actually just finished up the Bloodmoon main quest this week. THEN I beat morrowind for the first time *swells with pride* :D :D

Great, I'm pawing the ground to get there. Thanks for the headsup.

I can tell your loving this game ... congrats on beating Morrowind.

One word of caution though ;)

Solstheim is, well IMO anyway, much better than the original game. The landscape is great, the quests are quite a bit more complex, and the NPCs are much better developed. So, when you return to Vvardenfel, it tends to feel a bit anticlimactic.

Yep, go to Solstheim any time you like. It IS tougher than the Main Quest though.
I like to complete Morrowind before moving on to the Expansions so that I can build and refine whatever type of character I have chosen to play.

Thanks, Dragon Wench for the warning, but have been itching to get over there so will do it. When I return I can finish Morrowind and then on to Tribunal.

Fljotsdale, yup me too, but Solstheim keeps calling me.

If you're on the PC, you can always make matters tougher once you finish Solstheim by integrating a number of game tweak and complex quest mods. That way, Vvardenfell won't seem like a letdown.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Hmm, well I have done some rethinking, Fable, and have decided to go ahead and finish Morrowind before Solstheim. Reason being I might lose my momentum by leaving Morrowind in the middle of everything. I think it best if I finish up here first.

Have been to the Holamayan Monastery, got two Lost Prophecies and am on my way back to the Urshilaku Ashlander's wise woman. Wish me luck.

Luck, Soozie. :)

Not that I think you'll need it! You seem to be doing just fine!
