All right I have another stupid question, but bear with me.
What is the combat like in this game? is it fast action like in Fable, or do you have to take turns when fighting? because I really hate that. Also how many hours of quests is there?

The action occurs in realtime, but it's fairly simple, with no complex moves to keep in mind. You recover from an attack, and either deliver your next one at full strength, or attack while still recovering--doing less damage (if any). Your success at attacking depends upon your skill (0-100) in that weapons group.

I would have answered your other question before, but I had to leave.
Quests: I'd say about 100 hours, depending upon how you play. If you're playing on a PC with reasonable RAM and CPU, you can also add in plenty of mods that increase that time, perhaps doubling it.
I'm sure you'll get more extended answers from other folks in the forum. It's a friendly bunch, more than willing to help.

Morrowind's Scope...
I have been playing this game since a few months after it came out on both Xbox and PC, and I have yet to do everything that can be done(and I would be impressed by anyone who has!). I haven't tried hard to do this, it can be done, but if you look at the sheer volume of explorable territory, it would take an incredible effort to do this.
