The problem is frustratingly simple. Neither of these two doors will open. Sure, they're there and everything, but they're not clickable, meaning there is no way I can get inside.

Nar Shaddaa Docks
I'm currently exploring the docks, and have literally hit a wall. On the map in the walkthrough, see the number 2? To the left, there is a green line, indicating an openable door, and if you proceed down the walkway (northwards from 2), there is another door leading into the same place from a different side (once again on the left side of the walkway).
The problem is frustratingly simple. Neither of these two doors will open. Sure, they're there and everything, but they're not clickable, meaning there is no way I can get inside.
Has anyone encountered this before? Is it fixable by a patch or something?

You should do so well as to be sucked into the engine of some evil Sith Lord, you know.
Not all doors are openable, and not all un-openable doors relate to cut content. For example, behind the Trandoshian Vossik (sp) in the Refugee Sector Landing Pad are un-openable doors into a cantina.
Both of these areas where ultimately unused, and so closed off. Unfortunately, the green lines on the map where left in.
You can always open the doors with the wheream armband mod (if you have the PC version and are happy about using the console) and explore the nothingness.

LucasArts in interview with GameSpy, September 2004
"We were hoping we could bring the Xbox platform into December but didn't want to make the formal announcement until we knew an earlier ship date would not compromise the quality of The Sith Lords," says Producer Mike Gallo.

So you're saying there's nothing there for me to see? Thank you, I really feel a lot better now.
(I was afraid it might be a glitch that would prevent me from solving a quest and eventually disable any possibility of successfully finishing the game... eh. Paranoid perfectionist.)

There were a lot of unfinished parts. If you are looking into things that were missed, I recommend using the search button. Or reading through triple-6's posts regarding the TSL using the Advanced Search Option. Or run a search looking for 'Droid Factory'.

One of the threads contained a thorough list of what was missed, including doors such as this. It was more in case you wanted the more extensive list that we know thus far.
