Can't understand the alignment thing

Ok I was just wondering what means the alignment thing written in the menu when you spend your xp points in spells. For example, I'm full good and when I want to spend more xp in the berserk spell (already have it to 2), it's written:

Berserk lvl 3
Experience cost:23452
Alignment modifier: +2952

And for the heal spell (which I don"t have), it's written:

Heal lvl 1
Experience cost:1858
Alignment modifier:-442

Do these spells make me more good or more evil?

Depending on your alignment some spells which are inherently good or evil will cost less or more xp to level up depending on your alignment. Apparently you have more good in you then evil - hence the berserk leveling is more expensive and heal spell levels are cheaper to purchase.
