another "plug-in" problem

another "plug-in" problem

i downloaded NW_Daedric_Flamesword and it came with a screenshot and the swords looks imense the only problem is one of the meshes doesn't know the programme it created it on, im guessing i need to download that programme for it to work but i dont no what the programme is and the windows search doesnt either. Is their anybody that can help me possibly??
