~Scoundrel/Jedi Consular~
This build requires a bit of planning out, but is very easy to play once you get the hang of it. The char is usually stronger than most Soldiers. Now you might tell me that Scoundrel's use blasters, and that melee is (In most cases) a million times better. You would be right! Forget their proficiency in ranged altogether!! Start building up your melee skills as soon as you begin a new game.
However, you can still take advantage of your high dex. Since baddies will be swinging their lightsabers at you dex is good to have, because it effects how well you can dodge attacks. And of course you'll want to raise your strength so you can actually hit things in close combat. Constitution is good for extra HP, but if your dex is so high that you don't get hit, you dont need high HP. You want ALOT of wisdom. Why wisdom if your using your lightsaber? Becuase you are going to become a Jedi Consular. If you have a wisdom of 21, +1-5 from robes you will have a very high base wisdom, add +6 from your Consular power and you can use force powers on most bosses!! Charisma can also be raised to add to your wisdom modifier. And don't forget to level your stealth skill, you will find out why later on.
But wait a sec... what force powers do I actually need? Stun, Stasis, and Stasis Field. They are just more powerful versions of the same thing, which incapacitate your enemy for a few seconds.
What good does it do to stun them, then just wake them again up by attacking? It does alot of good. As a Scoundrel you have passively been getting the sneak attack feat for the past few levels. This feat at higher levels adds VERY high amounts of damage when you attack an enemy while using the stealth skill. Our main use for the skill however, is to attack an enemy under the effect of stasis. It adds the damage from sneak attack as if you had been using stealth!!
If that isn't enough for you, put points into your flurry feat, which at higher levels gives you an extra attack each round at the expense of only -1 defense. Your stasis field/sneak attack combo is applied to both of your attacks!! This strategy can kill most things in a single hit!
The rest of your feats can go wherever you desire. To improve your melee skill, raise the dueling feat for further damage with a single saber. Or put your feats into two weapon fighting and use duel sabers for an extra attack! Either way the total damage you are dealing is HUGE!!
I have begun to describe this char build, and I can go much more in depth. This is just a preview of what I'm thinking of writing, which is a mini guide, focusing on classes, stats, skills, feats, and force powers. This will not be a walkthrough of the game, but a walkthrough of your character. If I do write it I'm going to post it here at Gamebanshee. Please let me know if a guide like this would benefit you, so I can decide if writing it is worth it or not.

Hmmmm, I find this build very disturbing.:mischief:
Sounds cool, I'll have to try it on the next playthrough. I'm always interested in cross-builds. Not that it hasn't been done already, but right now I'm playing a Soldier/Guardian with the stats of Sentinel. Its so cool to see a character that's supposed to have no Reflex dance around lasers and lightsabers.

Didn't you read the orignal post?
The sneak attacks! It deals +5d6 damage whenerever you hit someone who is "incapacitaded", i.e. stunned, stasis, choked etc. Automaticly. So if you use Flurry on someone who is stunned +10d6, you get a damagebonus of 10-60, on top of the standard damage from the actual attack.

@kesi28: Yeah, I agree cross-classes can be totally awesome. When you play this one I hope you will enjoy it, because it sure is effective.
@Cesare48: Read the post below yours, he stated it the way I would have. As for anything you would like elaborated further, just let me know and I will elaborate.
@ektoplasma: Like I said to Cesare, you have my concept down just by reading my above post. Thanks for informing him of where I stand.
