Surf's Up Quest
Ok, I've done this before, but it's been a while. And I lost all of my old games. I'm on a new computer, so I have to start over. Stupid question here, What is Blood Buff, and how do I get into the house guarded by so many thudds?

Blood Buff is an ability all vampires have. It raises all your physical attributes by 5 for a few seconds. It's particularly useful in that it adds five to your dexterity and, as a by-product, increases your lock picking by five. To activate blood buff scroll to it and right click.
As for how to get into the house, there are actually several ways. If you have enough points in either flirt, intimidate, or persuasion you can talk the guard into just letting you through. If you are female and have enough flirt you can persuade the head honcho to just give you the explosives. Likewise, if you have a high enough persuade you can talk him into giving it to you.
If none of these options work, you can sneak into the house. There's a broken link in the fence. You can then sneak around to the back entrance of the house.
Finally, you can just slaughter everyone and take what you need.
