Having Serious Issues

I have been trying to play Fable but I always get the same message that my video driver is getting caught in an infinite loop and causes the game to freeze. I am using a Radeon ATI 9200 video card and have downloaded all updates tried resolving all issues using microsoft sites and fable sites. Nothing I have done is resolving the issue and my notebook is designed to handle this. Anyone with information on how otherwise to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
