ive only been on it bout 2 hours an dont know where to go? ive been to caisus caldius or sumthin and he told me to join a guild (or faction ?)ive joined the fighters guild and the imperial leigon. a friend of mine said i had to go back to that guy (caisus caldius) and he just keeps sayin hes a old man with a problem, forgot wot it was.

On the side where Caius is, go to the river, but don't cross. Along that wall of houses, there should be the woman you're looking foor. Just walk to a door and it should say the name of the owner on the door, then walk right in and ask about the cave rats.
Gamebanshee walkthrough-
"Right across the river in Balmora is Drarayne Thelas. Talk to her about rats, kill the one in her bedroom and then use the key she’ll give you to head outside and up to her storage area and kill the two in there. Wasn’t that easy? Accept her thanks and go back to Eydis."
The one in her bedroom is where she is, it's the only other door there and just stab it. The other two, head back out and go up the stairs to the right, I believe, then walk in and kill them. Go back to her, talk to her for a second, then go to the fighters guild to get your reward.
