If you had got full installation, then, i believe, you've got also Construction Set. Just open Morrowind.esm with it (double click on the checkbox to make it checked) and click on tab "Armor" (or "Weapon", or whatewer). There's the column "Name" and the column ID. Write down IDs for the pieces you wish to get.
Now lounch Morrowind, load the game and hit tilde ("`", the key usually below Esc and left of "1"), console will open.
Now type
player->AddItem "<your item id>" <number>
For example
player->AddItem "glass_helm" 1
for one Glass helm or
player->AddItem "glass arrow" 33
for 33 Glass arrows or
player->AddItem Gold_100 11223
for 11223 gold pieces.
When you've finished hit tilde again to close the console.

Most often the IDs are pretty obvious and easy to guess, so you even do not need to look into CS.
The dresses and jewelry could be of several kinds, so there're "expansive_ring_0x" with x standing for 1,2,3 or "exquisite_robe_02" etc.

If you had any mods (plugins), you should make the checkboxes for those mods checked as well to see also the items from those mods.
