Training your Crew

I know that there is a way to train ceratin members of your crew to become Jedi. But how do you do it before you get to the end and fight Traya?

gain influence with them and talk to them. after you have talked to them enough and have gained enough influence, you will get the option to train them

You need to be level 16, and various other conditions need to be fulfilled - in the cases of Atton, Mira and Handmaiden.

you don't need to be level 16 at all. i have trained atton and mira before when i was below level 15

U can go to http://www.starwarsknights.com and there u can get the walkthrough for KOTOR II. When I played the game by the time i finished Peragus,Telos,Narshadaa(it's by the storyline) MIra,Handmaiden,Atton,Bao-dur were already Jedi. Try the site cus it's useful.
