jaheira romance...yes another question

ok i'm still in chapter 2 trying to finish up every possible side-quest before moving on...i'm pretty sure my jaheira romance is still ok cuz i checked by seeing if i was able to get the locket from the merchant at the docks for jaheira and i was able, and also when i test-remove her from the party she says the unexpected/relationship thing. i used the console to check my lovetalk rating thing for jaheira and it only says 27...and strangely when i do it for aerie it also says 27 even though i already got past the point where i had to choose one over the other...i haven't had a dialogue in a long time and i've already had the bandits hold her hostage...just wondering...i also did a test by reseting the dialogue delay to force the next dialogue but nothing happened!? do i have to do the harper quests to continue the romance or something? has my romance somehow accidentally died? or did i just get as far as i can for now and it will continue later? im paranoid about having things get messed up in the game now...earlier for some reason my permanent base thac0 went from 8 up to 12 for no discernable reason and i had to reload an archive save and play all the way back to where i was before...

I dunno, quit screwing around with the editors and console stuff and just play the game through...let the chips fall where they may.

Jahira romance picks up when she leaves your party, then comes back and then her old mentor comes to see her, you will have a bunch of quests to do that relate strictly to her and thats how your romance ends, but I think her mentor only shows up after chapter 4, not sure though

Aerie really picks up in romance, after the "pick" ie when you have to chose I had her up to 39 within a couple of days after. I saved right before and agree that Jaheira will only be at 27 after locket - also agree (from hearing) that she will take a long time. Only thing now for me - is pick which route and play!

Mine is stop too and I have to do harper quest to move romance. Jaherie begins to innetrogate his act in events.

i JUST got as far as the final confrontation with Dermin before closing ch.3. Running time: 51 days (my 2nd time through I'm in no hurry). Couldn't be bothered to wait for the romance any longer, no good quests left to do in the meantime. If "Terminsel" shows up and triggers the next romantic stage before ch.6 I'll let you know.

Terminsel showed up twice in my last game

nce in chapter 2 and another time in chapter 6(too bad only jaheira was able to wear the harper pin)

Koren: I have the same EXACT problem, done all the quests and have gotten the locket. The only I did not do is change things with an editor. I can't figure out what to do.

I have done the xzar and locket scenario but not yet recieved the next Harper quest and I am done everything you can do prior to chapter 3(literally everything).

Subterran: Can anyone validate your Chapter 4 theory about the harper quest because it looks like you and Aegnor and Brink recieved it at separate chapters. Does anyone know if it is triggered via chapters, because the Jaheira romance spoilers thread seems to say that it is all real-time triggered.

i thought that mine was over so be for i went to bed i paused the game 7hr later i started playing again and in about 5 to 10 mins she starts talking to me (she loves she really loves me)
